Faster and cheaper than legacy correspondent rails.

Compliance that regulators can verify themselves.

Zero treasury. Zero custody. Built in.

One contract call pays hundreds.

Same-day, not same-week.

A traditional EU-to-Morocco payout takes 3–5 business days as funds hop between correspondent banks. BankeNu routes EURe through Monerium and a licensed MENA bridge — the payee sees local currency the same day.

  • SEPA Instant on-ramp via Monerium — typically under 30 seconds.
  • Smart-contract routing replaces the entire correspondent chain.
  • Local EMI partner pays out in MAD, AED, or EUR — same business day.

Compliance built in. Not bolted on.

Every transaction is checked against live sanctions oracles and on-chain KYB/KYC attestations before any funds move. The logic is permanent, immutable, and readable by regulators without asking us.

  • EAS-anchored KYB and KYC attestations on Polygon.
  • Live sanctions oracle across OFAC, EU, and UN lists.
  • Travel-rule data auto-attached on every transfer.

We hold nothing. Not even for a second.

BankeNu never touches client funds. EURe is minted to the sender's embedded wallet, routed by a smart contract, and burned to the recipient's IBAN. Our treasury balance is, by design, zero.

  • No omnibus account. No pooled stablecoin reserve.
  • No backend server that can be compromised or coerced.
  • Contract-enforced exit: funds can only land at the intended IBAN.

One call. Hundreds paid.

European staffing platforms, EOR providers, and freelance marketplaces pay across borders in a single batch transaction. Reconciliation, audit trail, and compliance attestations come attached.

  • One smart-contract call pays the whole roster, across corridors.
  • Each recipient screened independently, in-flight.
  • Per-recipient hash on the audit trail. Reconciles itself.
Easy. Does it all.

Pay your roster in Morocco. Settle contractor invoices in the UAE. Disburse field grants to MENA NGOs. Mint EURe from SEPA Instant, route through on-chain compliance, and land local currency the same business day.

Safe and sound. And on-chain.

Three things that make BankeNu safer than the rails it replaces.

Funds you never touch.

EURe is minted directly into the sender's wallet and routed by a contract. BankeNu has no treasury, no omnibus account, and no key with custody rights. There is nothing to coerce.

Audit that audits itself.

Every transfer, attestation, and sanctions check is a hash on Polygon. A regulator can verify a year of payouts without asking us a question — or waiting for an export.

Rules that move with the money.

Compliance logic lives in the contract, not the back office. New sanctions list, new corridor, new attestation — the rules update at the protocol layer, identically for every caller.

Questions? Answers.

Is BankeNu a bank?
No. BankeNu is a settlement protocol — a set of smart contracts on Polygon — combined with regulated EU and MENA partners (Monerium for SEPA-Instant EURe, licensed local EMIs for in-country payout). BankeNu itself never holds client funds and has no treasury balance.
What does "MiCA compliant by architecture" actually mean?
MiCA imposes specific requirements around stablecoin issuance, custody, sanctions screening, and traceability. Because BankeNu issues no token, holds no custody, screens every transfer on-chain, and produces an immutable hash trail per payout, those requirements are met at the protocol layer instead of via operational controls and quarterly attestations. Regulators can verify directly.
Which corridors are live today?
EU → Morocco (MAD), EU → UAE (AED), and EU → EU (EUR via SEPA Instant) are live. Additional MENA corridors are in licensing. Talk to us if your platform needs a corridor we haven't shipped yet.
How does the compliance contract verify identity?
KYB and KYC are completed once, off-chain, with our licensed identity partner. The result is then issued as an EAS attestation tied to the wallet. From that point on, every transfer references the attestation hash, and the contract additionally checks live sanctions feeds (OFAC, EU, UN) before releasing funds.
What does it cost?
Consumer transfers settle at 1.5% — versus 5–8% with traditional remittance operators. Staffing and infrastructure pricing is volume-tiered; NGOs receive a discounted rate. Reach out for a custom quote.
Can my finance team get a normal-looking audit export?
Yes. Every payout produces a per-recipient hash on Polygon and a structured event log. We provide CSV / PDF audit packs that map directly to the on-chain record — so finance reconciles in their tools, and regulators verify against the chain.
Is the protocol open-source?
The Compliance Contract, Transfer Router, and MENA Bridge interfaces are open for inspection. Licensed integrations against the Sanctions Oracle and EAS attestation stack are paid; the core routing primitives are auditable by anyone.
